Travis Hartman MBA, CTFA, AWMA®

Travis serves as the Managing Partner and Senior Wealth Advisor for Lucent Financial, where he works closely with individuals, families and institutions to simplify complex financial decisions. With an MBA from the University of Montana and specialized credentials including the CTFA and AWMA, Travis brings deep expertise in financial planning, trust & estate strategy, and investment management.

Over 14 years of experience at national wealth firms has shaped a thoughtful, customized approach—focused on building long-term relationships and delivering clear and intentional strategies specifically aligned with each client’s unique goals.

Amber Hartman BSN, RN

Amber is the heart behind much of what makes Lucent Financial feel personal and welcoming. As the person who coordinates our business operations, marketing, and office management (and whatever else we put on her plate), she helps bring organization, creativity, and care to the firm’s day-to-day operations and client experience.

She earned her bachelor’s degree in nursing from Montana State University and is a Registered Nurse but has spent most of her recent years focused on raising a family. Today, she brings the same dedication and energy into Lucent, helping build a firm centered on relationships, trust, and genuine care for the people we serve.

Emarie & Finley

Emarie and Finley proudly serve as part-time office assistants and full-time sources of energy at Lucent Financial. From helping with small tasks to stopping by and saying hello, they bring a sense of warmth and personality that you won’t find in a typical office. They’re still working on their planning skills—but they’ve already mastered the importance of a friendly smile. One day in the future, they hope to bring clarity and confidence to the next generation of clients.
